In December 2013 the Ministerial Tenders Board of the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation awarded Foundation Years the rehabilitation of the Rijana Community Dam, at KM 44 on the Kaduna–Abuja highway in Kaduna State.
The contract carried a twelve-month completion period. The Ecological Fund Office issued the Engineer's Order to start work, then provided guidance, monitoring and certification as the works progressed.
