In February 2015 the Ecological Fund Office in the Presidency awarded Foundation Years Phase I of the Boto Road rehabilitation in Bauchi State, following approval by the Office's Tenders Board.
The work was let as a fixed-price contract with a twelve-month completion period, under the direction of the Office's Soil Erosion and Flood Control Department.
